With this program you will live in the surroundings of the city of Munich. A minimum A2 level of German is required; depending on the language level and academic performance of the home school, the student is placed in the Gymnasium, Realschule or Gesamtschule. It is important to note, however, that in the last three years (grade 11, 12 and 13), German students begin to prepare for their high school diploma (Abitur) and often German schools do not place foreign students in these classes so they attend grade 10 with students aged 15/16.

At the Gymnasium, students take 12 subjects: German, English, French, history, geography, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, humanities, physical education, computer science and art/music. 
 
Generally there are no sports teams at school, but sports are practiced at centers outside the school structure.

In preparation for departure, there is the possibility of taking a two-month online German course at a cost of € 890. 
Private medical insurance is also required and costs €70 per month.

The deposit is € 1,395, while the remaining amount must be paid to the agency Edu s.o.s. 
A second down payment of € 3,500 is expected at the time of confirmation of the program and the balance on May 31 prior to departure; if the registration is made after May 31, the entire amount must be paid at the time of confirmation of the program.
